Josselyne has been leading transformative programs and coaching people for more than 30 years. She has led for, worked with, and impacted over 200,000 people directly in the areas of business and career, relationships and family, communication and self-expression, fulfilling vision, resolving conflict and overall “well” being. 
 
Since 2008, as the founder of the non-profit organization, United Global Shift​, She has worked with leaders from more than 20 countries. (and counting).

For the past three and a half decades, she has had the opportunity to coach and collaborate with a diverse group of people, including executives, celebrities,  those in professional transition, community activists, teams, thought-leaders, and CEOs.

Organizations have engaged her to impact turnover, productivity, purpose, accountability, integrity, communication and creativity.

In Josselyne's view, all people share a common goal: to be expressed, valued, and experience being able to make a difference and actually fulfill their vision no matter what challenges life throws at them. 

In her work with both individuals and organizations, she has had the honor of guiding many people through the empowering process of becoming “Unmessablewith”. 

The work she does with people integrates creativity, vision, integrity, action and results, along with revealing unconscious blocks that create “messablewith” moments. 

Working with her and her methodology, allows people to create sustainable, positive behavioral change-- this true transformation, enables people to ongoingly create the life and career of their dreams and actually live it, NOW vs someday.

In 1993, her pop group Boy Krazy fulfilled my lifelong dream when her debut single, "That’s What Love Can Do", knocked Whitney Houston’s "I Will Always Love You" out of the #1 spot on the Billboard Top 40 Charts. This is when she joined the ranks of the Beatles and Elvis Presley as artists whose debut single went #1, truly a dream come true.

She was one of 24 people in the world to lead Advanced Programs for Landmark Worldwide for more than 30 years, and has been featured in Fast Company, Investors Business Daily, New York Magazine, Time Magazine, Huffington Post, New York Times, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, More Magazine, The Wall Street Journal as well as dozens of television, radio and online outlets that include, NBC, ABC, CBS, The Unstoppable Entrepreneur Show and Inc Radio.

As the CEO and Founder of JHA Management, (a talent management and production company, whose mission is to create a team of people who are empowered and in action, fulfilling their dreams and making a real difference in the world), she has worked with thousands of actors over 25 years, to empower them to create the career of their dreams and produced hundreds of television shows, commercials as well as feature films and large live events.

She has helped raise over 90 million dollars for various non-profits over the last 30 years, as well as trained others in fundraising.

In her one-on- one coaching practice, she has worked with individuals, executives, companies, unions, and families to empower them to resolve conflicts, create vision, as well as impact their performance, satisfaction, fulfillment and results.

She has been with her husband Michael for more than 29 years and has raised three children in New York City. In 29 years, they have had 5 fights.  Yes 5. That result is directly correlated to the principles of the work that she does with people, resulting not only in being “Unmessablewith” as an individual, executive, team member or employee but also in their relationships, family, community and a Global Citizen.
